Return Policy
Items purchased from the RRR Chamber Store are not returnable to the RRR Chamber.
Refund Policy
Membership
Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce (RRRCC) provides NO refunds on membership dues.
Events
Full refund of payment will be made if a 72 hour cancellation to the event date is made by the member to the RRR Chamber.
If the member cancels after the 72 hours the member’s payment is nonrefundable and can be applied to a future RRR Chamber event.
Member must contact the RRR Chamber staff to get the event payment applied to another
Chamber event to compensate for the missed event limited to one time only. Any money over will not be returned to member. Any money less than the requested event applied must be paid by member to meet the value of event
payment.
Full refund for payments on RRR Chamber events will be made to the registrant by the RRR Chamber if an event is cancelled by the RRR Chamber due to circumstances beyond their control.
Chamber Store items
Items purchased from the RRR Chamber Store are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Membership
RRR Chamber member dues cancellation by the member must be made by phone to RRR Chamber staff or written and sent into the RRR Chamber by membership due date on invoice or anniversary of membership date whichever is applicable. Written (or phoned) cancellation of membership must include company name, membership number, person’s name submitting and reason for cancellation of membership.
Events
Notification of RRR Chamber event cancellation to members will be made in at least 2 business days from the date of the event.
A 72 hour cancellation to the event date must be made by the member to the RRR Chamber.
Credit Card purchases
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards.
Please be sure you have read the cancellation, refund and return policies listed before you make your purchase(s) with your credit card.

Privacy Statement
Your registration information is strictly used for Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce data base for processing payments and registering for specific event(s) and internal Chamber accounting. Information is not forwarded to any other outside source.
Member information is used by the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce for communications between the members and Chamber related events/information.
Members’ company name and address maybe purchased for
direct mailings only with approval by the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce President & CEO per Direct Mail terms and conditions. (See Direct Mail Advertising)
Members’ company name, address,
phone number and website address are made avialable through the printed annual City Directory and online website Member Directory.
